Spend Sundays at the J for basketball fun while learning how to shoot and score in the perfect basketball introduction! Kids will learn the basics of the game while also practicing the fundamentals of dribbling, shooting, passing and defense.
Get an introduction to a different sport every week including track & field, basketball, soccer, T-ball and football. This is a great way to get a feel for what sport kids might enjoy and like to play going forward.
