JCC Rockland is the perfect place to celebrate your child’s birthday, featuring our brand new imagination playspace, Downtown at the J. Complete with a personal party host, table, chairs, equipment, and more, we will provide your child with a fun and memorable party experience!
Ideal for ages 2.5–6 years old.

Parties are available on Sundays for 90 minutes.
Choose from the following times:
10:30-12:00
1:00-2:30
3:30-5:00
*30 minutes preparation time given before each party
Cost: $500 – 15 children, addl. Children $18 each (maximum of 25)
Party Package includes:
- 1 hr playtime in Downtown at the J
- 30 minutes in social hall for food/cake *bring your own food (must be dairy)
- Personal party host *see below for host responsibilities
- Party shirt for the birthday child
- White paper goods (or you may bring your own with decorations)
Client will be sent a contract and will be responsible for a 50% deposit upon booking. The remainder will be due the day of the party.
Personal party host responsibilities:
- Ensure spaces are clean and clear, tables, chairs, and any other optional equipment is setup in advance of client’s arrival.
- Greet client at entrance to facility and assist with specific setup.
- Assist in directing guests to party location as needed. Act as immediately accessible center liaison. Assist with party cleanup/breakdown.
- Party hosts are NOT responsible for childcare. Children must be actively supervised by accompanying adults at all times

Children are encouraged to touch, discover, pretend and explore at our new imagination space, Downtown at the J. It features a veterinarian’s office, ice cream truck, trailer, grocery store, diner, and a fire station with its own fire truck! Embracing a learning-through-play model, Downtown at the J is a safe environment where young children can stretch their legs and their imagination. Our exhibits are specifically designed to stimulate the child’s curiosity and intellect while providing them with a fun, exciting and immersive experience.
