Maximize your membership with the JCC Rockland app!
The app is your portal to 100s of workouts and classes–perfect for days when you can’t make it to the J – let a class or workout come to you!

Live Stream Classes

Live Stream Classes held in real-time, led by your favorite JCC instructors. Classes include pre- and post- class chats with instructors and your JCC friends. You can take these classes from your smartphone, tablet, or computer- in addition to casting to your smart TV.
All Live Stream classes will become available in the On Demand library shortly after airing. This means you can take any class in the library whenever you want!

Our JCC instructors have teamed up with top fitness instructors from around the country to create an On Demand class library, including Yoga, Pilates, Boxing, Martial Arts, HIIT, and more. 150+ classes to choose from, offered at all levels.

Workouts of the Day

Workouts of the Day created by JCC Lead Personal Trainers. Specific workouts with video demos offered for beginners, intermediates, and pros.

Soothe a Sore Neck

We are all looking at screens more than ever – phones, tablets, computers, TVs, etc. Ever notice your neck gets sore? This is often because of poor posture. Especially with hand-held devices we tend to jut our heads forward, straining our neck muscles. Ouch! Here’s a simple stretch that can give you instant relief and sooth sore muscles.

1. Sit in a chair, with your feet flat on the floor, core engaged. (Think: press your belly button to your spine.)
2. Place your left hand under the chair, and slowly tilt your right ear to your right shoulder. Gaze straight ahead. Hold for a few seconds.
3. Tilt your view, and slowly gaze at your left knee. Hold for a few seconds
Repeat on the other side.

We have enhanced several safety and cleaning protocols. Please abide by these protocols so you do not put our staff in an uncomfortable position.

Mask, Physical Distance, and Other Reminders

Masks must be worn at all times while in the building, in all spaces. Masks need to cover your nose and mouth. No exceptions. Failure to wear a mask will lead to consequences, including a 2-week membership suspension.

Wipe-down equipment before and after use.

Wash your hands before and after your workout. Avoid touching your face.

If you are feeling sick, please stay home.

If you are quarantined for any reason, please stay home.

Out of State Travel

In an effort to align ourselves with New York State guidelines, we are updating our policy for those who travel out of the area to include these two options:
1. 14-day quarantine upon return
2. Two negative Covid tests: One from the state traveled to, and one on the 4th day back in NY.
