JCC Group Fitness Classes Run 24/7 on the JCC Rockland. These classes are exclusively on the JCC Rockland App. View classes from your smartphone, tablet, or beam it to your smart TV. Take classes from your favorite JCC instructors, as well as new faces. Classes will be added each month. Everything from Pilates, Tai Chi, and Zumba, to Yoga, Boot Camp, and Strength Training–all right at your fingertips, whenever you want.

Enhanced Safety and Protocols

Enhanced Safety and Protocols

We have enhanced several safety and cleaning protocols. Please abide by these protocols so you do not put our staff in an uncomfortable position.

Simplified Fitness Center Workout Reservations and Enhanced Cleaning

We no longer have 15-minute blocks between Fitness Center reservations.

Our Clean Team will be cleaning and sanitizing throughout all reservations. Each day, Monday-Friday, the Fitness Center will close from 1:30-2pm for a deep cleaning. These deep cleanings will also take place every day upon closing.

Reservations are now “back to back.” If your workout will overlap reservations, please reserve for both times. Our reception staff will be confirming your reservations upon arrival. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

College Students

We welcome your college students back to the J over their school break. We ask that college students wait two weeks from the time they return home before coming into the J.

Many college campuses are experiencing increased Covid-19 positivity rates among their student populations. In addition, New York currently has 44 of the 50 states on its “Hot-Spot” list, requiring anyone traveling from these states to self-isolate for two weeks.

Mask, Physical Distance, and Other Reminders

Masks must be worn at all times while in the building, in all spaces. Masks need to cover your nose and mouth. No exceptions. Failure to wear a mask will lead to consequences, including a 2-week membership suspension.

Wipe-down equipment before and after use.

Wash your hands before and after your workout. Avoid touching your face.

If you are feeling sick, please stay home.

If you are quarantined for any reason, please stay home.
