Where are the weights that were in here?
The free weights, bars, and other strength training equipment have been consolidated into the Main Fitness Center and new Advanced Training Center (formerly the Cross Fitness Studio).

Advanced Training Center

Dedicated space for Olympic lifts, boxing, plate-loaded squats, and power work.

Fitness Tracking

Beginning Fall 2017, we will introduce a new fitness tracking system. You will be able to log your workouts on the new strength training machines, kiosk, your home computer or tablet, or your smart phone.

For the near future this tracking system will co-exists with Fit Linxx. We will provide guidance to help you get started with the new system.

Technogym

As part of our 10-Year Celebration, we are getting a new, state-of-the-art, cutting edge line of strength training equipment, from a company called Technogym. In the last 10 years, fitness and wellness trends have evolved, and we are proud to report that the JCC is evolving with it.
