Whether you choose a one-on-one workout with one of our coaches in our private Riley Family Pilates Studio, or take a mat class, you will build core strength using the six Pilates principles of centering, control, concentration, precision, breath, and flow.
JCC Rockland has two floors of cardio equipment. There are three weight training circuits. Workout in exercise-specific studios for rowing, cycling, core work, advanced strength training, TRX, and a comprehensive women-only fitness studio.
Membership includes access to our fitness tracking app. Stay on top of your daily movement, calories, and other metrics. Get Workouts of the Day, led by our Lead Personal Trainers, designed for all fitness levels. You can also take a live stream class, or choose from hundreds of on demand classes.
Basketball leagues and pick-up games, racquetball, and pickleball. We also offer a wide variety of youth/teen sports leagues and clinics including soccer, basketball, and flag football.
Our user-friendly reservation system allows you to confidently and comfortably book your workouts and classes. Our Clean Team uses backpack-style electrostatic spray-cleaners and our MERV-14 air filtration system exceeds the requirement from NY State.
