Aqua Group Fitness Classes
This summer we are offering 2 sessions of aqua classes.
* Open Gym indicates half of the gym may be used for shooting hoops, and the other half for Pickleball. Pickleball and Pick-up Basketball require reservations on the My Wellness App. Please bring basketballs, pickleballs & pickleball paddles. Pickleball nets are stored in bags in the Eisenkraft Gymnasium. Players are responsible for set-up and breakdown. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
A Note About Traffic:
JCC Rockland Camps are in Full Swing
Monday-Friday, through Aug. 20
- Parents dropping off their kiddos get on a drop-off car line. It begins at 8:35am and lasts until 9:15am. It has been moving quickly, but there could be some back up.
- Camp pick-up lasts from 3:35-4:25pm. There has been some traffic. (Pickups take longer due to car seats and getting kids to vehicles.)
Please plan to arrive early for 9am and 4:45pm classes. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

My Wellness App
We are now using the My Wellness App for all class and court time reservations. You can also find Workouts of the Day, pertinent announcements, an outdoor fitness tracker, etc. You can download the My Wellness App from your app store. (Same username and password as on the JCC Rockland App.)

The booking window for all reservations opens 3 days prior at noon. The most efficient way to book is on the app. You may also ask our reception team to make the reservation for you, but we kindly ask that you do not put our receptionists in an awkward position by asking them to book you into a session before the window opens. They will not be able to accommodate this request.
Pro Tip: You can set a reminder to book any future class as soon as the booking window opens. Simply hit the bell icon on the reservation list.
New No Show Policy: In an effort to accommodate as many participants as possible, we are starting a new policy to encourage reservation adherence. If you cannot attend a class you reserved, please delete the booking at least an hour prior to the start time. All “no shows” will receive an email, alerting them that they missed a class. Receiving three alerts in a month could result in a penalty of being unable to make any advanced reservations for one week. We thank you in advance for your cooperation–we would love to never have to enforce this policy.

SAFETY AND PROTOCOLS
We remain committed to providing a safe, healthy, and clean environment. Based on the new guidance from the CDC and the State, we are updating our policies for those who are fully vaccinated. Our operating procedures remain consistent with guidance we received from state and local officials.
Those who are fully vaccinated are no longer required to wear masks. Please bring proof of your vaccination. This is only needed one time, upon entry. Temperatures will continue to be taken for all at our front reception desk.
Masks are still required for those not fully vaccinated.
We are committed to being diligent in our safety protocols, as well as our understanding that this is a very fluid situation. We are prepared to adjust as needed. Please continue to check this page for updates.
