Core/Stretch Studio

What’s inside:
Dedicated space for stretching, foam rolling, core strengthening exercises, and mat work.

Take a closer look:
Personal trainers will be conducting scheduled, group complimentary demonstrations in this room. The schedule will be posted on the windows outside the room.

Advanced Training Center

What’s inside:
Dedicated space for Olympic lifts, boxing, plate-loaded squats, and power work.

Fitness Tracking

Log your workouts on the new strength training machines, kiosk, your home computer or tablet, or your smart phone.

For the near future this tracking system will co-exists with Fit Linxx. We will provide guidance to help you get started with the new system.

Technogym

As part of our 10-Year Celebration, we are getting a new, state-of-the-art, cutting edge line of strength training equipment, from a company called Technogym. In the last 10 years, fitness and wellness trends have evolved, and we are proud to report that the JCC is evolving with it.
