Weekly Group Fitness Classes
Led by fun, motivating instructors, classes include Zumba, Boxing, TRX, Yoga, Pilates, Body Conditioning, Rowing, Cycling, and Barre. We offer classes for all fitness levels. Because we have 6 different studios, we can hold multiple classes at the same time to give you endless variety.
Two-Floors of Cardio Equipment
Beat boredom forever! Our bikes, treadmills, ellipticals, and climbs all feature On Demand classes and workouts, led by master trainers from Technogym, our wellness partner Other cardio highlights include seated ellipticals, Jacob’s Ladders, and rowers.
Strength Training
So many ways to get strong! We have two traditional, machine-based strength circuits that are easy to use while providing a great full-body workout. Plus, several sets of free weights, kettlebells, medicine balls, endless ropes, platforms for heavy lifting, and more.
Women’s Functional Fitness Studio
Designed by female fitness experts to give women of all shapes, sizes, and fitness levels the tools they need to be strong, fit, healthy, and confident. Studio highlights include a strength circuit, endless rope pull, cable station, and cardio equipment with on demand classes and workout.

Powerlifting Studio
Renovations coming October 2024!
This is a dedicated space for powerlifting, Olympic lifts, and bodybuilding. Renovations include new Hammer Strength plate-loaded equipment, platforms, racks, and a belt squat.
Core/Stretch Studio
This is the perfect space to focus on your mobility--which is the intersection of flexibility and strength. In this studio, use dedicated equipment to stretch your low back, hips, shoulders, etc. Use our abdominal machine and other pieces to build core muscles that will help improve overall stability and balance.
Pickleball
Our program features four newly renovated courts, a simple reservation system, and clinics for all levels. We have a fun, welcoming community of players.
Locker Rooms with Full Amenities
Features include towel service, sauna, steam rooms, complimentary toiletries, and a dedicated Clean Team so you can relax and find your zen.
