Want to take a class at 9:37am? How about 7:38pm? Great news, you can! On Demand classes are available anytime you workout at the J.

All of our Technogym treadmills, bikes, climbs, and ellipticals have hundreds of on demand classes to try. Benefits include:

  • Personalize the class. Set the time and fitness level to match your goals
  • Boost your confidence on the equipment while getting stronger
  • Great alternative to classes offered on the reservation schedule

the Weekly Schedule

Mindful TRX with Stephanie H.

Sundays at 9AM

A holistic approach to fitness that benefits the mind as much as the body. Using suspension training and a variety of apparatus, this class will challenge your upper body, core, and flexibility, all while soothing your mind. All levels are welcome.

Cycle 450 with Sue

Tuesdays at 5:30pm

Try this intense, easy-on-the-joints group cycling workout to get your heart rate pumping! All fitness levels are welcome.

Standing Mobility and Strength with Stephanie H.

Wednesdays at 9AM

Feel free and empowered in all that you do. This total-body workout incorporates full-body mobility exercises to relieve tight muscles, ensure good posture, and build strength through bodyweight exercises and small apparatus.

PUMP & Agility with Sarah

Wednesdays at 10AM

PUMP and Agility focuses on low-impact cardio, agility, and strength training. This class incorporates a variety of exercises that are essential for improving your cardiovascular endurance and your ability to move quickly and easily.

Zumba with Benita

Wednesdays at 6PM – Starts April 10

Zumba is a dance-based fitness class that is pure fun! The choreography fuses hip-hop, salsa, merengue, mambo, and more. Add Squats and lunges for some extra spice. All fitness levels welcome

Pilates Reformer Group Classes

These are offered on an ongoing basis in 4-week session packages. We have classes for beginners and those with Pilates Reformer experience. To read more about the benefits of Pilates, click here. APP for Reservations & More

You have access to 100s of workouts on the Technogym App. To find them, select the “Workout” tab at the bottom of your screen. Try them at the J or anywhere. Take a scroll through, and see what appeals to you.

Each has easy-to-follow instructional videos. Here are three we are loving right now.

• Core Conditioning (13 minutes)
• Mobile Hips (10 minutes)

Is your phone screen too small? You can access the same reservation system that’s on the Technogym App from your tablet, laptop, or desktop computer.

Technogym App Updates


Great news! The Technogym App is now available for iPads. You can make reservations, take virtual classes, and more, all from your iPad.

Is Your App slow? Here are troubleshooting tips

  1. Do you have too many Apps open at once? Keeping the Technogym App active on your screen means it is never refreshing. We recommend closing all apps on your phone each night. On iPhones, go to your home screen, and swipe up. Continue swiping up until all of the windows are closed. On Android phones, press the icon at the bottom of your screen, and swipe up to close all windows.
  2. Check Your Phone Settings. Make sure your phone software is up to date, and you have ample storage on your phone.
  3. Make sure the Technogym App is up-to-date on your phone.
    1. Open your App store, and search for Technogym
    2. Open it in the App store.
    3. If you see “update” press it. If you see “open” you are up to date.
  4. Enable Automatic Updates on your Phone
    1. Open settings
    2. Select your App store.
    3. Activate the flag next to Automatic Downloads.

Booking & Reservations

The booking window for all reservations opens 3 days prior at 2pm. The most efficient way to book is on the app. You may also ask our reception team to make the reservation for you, but we kindly ask that you do not ask our receptionists to book a session before the window opens. They will not be able to accommodate this request. You can set a reminder to book any future class as soon as the booking window opens by simply hitting the bell icon on the reservation list.

You may find yourself on a waiting list for a class or court time. When spots become available, everyone on the waitlist receives a notification at the same time. Bookings then happen on a first-come, first serve basis.

If you book a timeslot and decide not to play, kindly unbook yourself.
