All 450 HIIT Camp classes are now held in Studio 450, on the third floor. See the My Wellness App for the schedule, and to reserve your spot in these classes.
Studio 450 features specialized strength and cardio stations that will take your workouts to the next level, challenge you, and keep you motivated.

Open Gym indicates half of the gym may be used for shooting hoops, and the other half for Pickleball. Pickleball and Pick-up Basketball require reservations on the My Wellness App. Please bring basketballs, pickleballs & pickleball paddles. Pickleball players are responsible for setting up/taking down Pickleball nets.
On Wednesdays, 12/1/2021-1/19/2022, Open Gym will end at 7:15pm.
