Our new app Technogym. Use this for reservations, tracking workouts, virtual classes, and to see the latest news and information.

You no longer need the MyWellness app.

Please download the Technogym app from your app store. Use the same user ID and password that you used for the My Wellness app.

Booking & Reservations

The booking window for all reservations opens 3 days prior at 12pm. The most efficient way to book is on the app. You may also ask our reception team to make the reservation for you, but we kindly ask that you do not ask our receptionists to book a session before the window opens. They will not be able to accommodate this request. You can set a reminder to book any future class as soon as the booking window opens by simply hitting the bell icon on the reservation list.

You may find yourself on a waiting list for a class or court time. When spots become available, everyone on the waitlist receives a notification at the same time. Bookings then happen on a first-come, first serve basis.

If you book a timeslot and decide not to play, kindly unbook yourself.

New: Instructor-led Virtual Classes on the Treadmills, Ellipticals + Bikes

Finally: No more boring cardio workouts!

We are excited to announce that all of our Technogym cardio equipment- Treadmills, Ellipticals and Bikes, have been upgraded to include motivating, instructor-led fitness classes for all fitness levels.

Your class, your way! Choose your instructor, intensity, format, and duration for a class that best fits you. Available on demand, no reservations needed.

To get started, select the "Sessions” tile on the home screen, and go for it!

All of the Technogym cardio has been upgraded. Fall in love with your workouts all over again!

Sessions — Virtual fitness classes your way. Choose your instructor, intensity, format, and duration for a class that best fits you. Available on demand, no reservations needed.

Routines — Take all of the guesswork out of what level to choose, how long to workout, etc. Routines are trainer-led programs at your fingertips. Fun, motivating ways to get the biggest bang for your exercise buck. All available on demand, no reservations needed.

Outdoors — Transport yourself to a coastal boardwalk in Portugal, the Australian Outback, a mountain walk in Arizona, coastal parks in Singapore. See all of these places — and more — whenever you want. No plane ticket or passport needed.

New! STRENGTH TRAINING EQUIPMENT: Two Functional Trainers!

Mobility is where strength, balance, and flexibility meet. This is the foundation of building functional strength that helps you in the Fitness Center and with everyday activities.

Because the Functional Trainers move 360 degrees, they offer all-around training, combining strength exercises with core stability for a complete workout

Here’s two exercises to try:

  • Core Swings - Builds the power of your swing on the court or the green
  • Chest Press on 1 Leg - Helps improve balance
