Fun Fact: Every year we take a family vacation to ocean city Maryland to enjoy the sun and Seafood.

Outside the Gym: Important to take time to chill with my family and friends. I lead a very active lifestyle and enjoy long solo or group rides on my bike, trail hiking, jogging and dancing like no one is looking!
Fun Fact: I played basketball at Brooklyn college, was CUNY Champion for the 3,000 Meter run, did a few half ironman marathons, Gran Fondo, and Spartan Races.
Hi there, Paige here! I have been a certified Spinning instructor since 2010 and taught multiple classes per week for a popular gym chain in locations throughout and around the City of Boston and suburbs. I began participating in long-distance cycling events in 2012 as well as sprint- and olympic-distance triathlons; I completed the 192-mile Pan-Mass Challenge x3, the MS-150 Cape Cod Getaway x3, as well as countless metric century events, triathlons, and 100+ mile training rides. My class profiles combine my passion for safe and effective road cycling training with my enthusiasm for energetic, indoor fitness. I grew up here in Upper Nyack and recently relocated with my family back here after 19 years in MA. I'm excited to be part of the JCC family; thank you for welcoming me so warmly!
Hi, I’m Debbie, and I’m excited to start teaching yoga classes at JCC Rockland. I’ve been teaching yoga for almost 20 years, and have experience with many different styles, including restorative, hatha, and trauma-informed yoga. I create an environment in class where you can find deep relaxation in the body and mind, releasing tension held in the muscle tissue. My classes are a thoughtful expression of many years of studies in trauma-informed yoga and Andean Shamanism. I look forward to meeting you in class!

Open Gym indicates half of the gym may be used for shooting hoops, and the other half for Pickleball. Pickleball and Pick-up Basketball require reservations on the My Wellness App. Please bring basketballs, pickleballs & pickleball paddles. Pickleball players are responsible for setting up/taking down Pickleball nets.

Virtual SupportThe booking window for all reservations opens 3 days prior at 12pm. The most efficient way to book is on the app. You may also ask our reception team to make the reservation for you, but we kindly ask that you do not ask our receptionists to book a session before the window opens. They will not be able to accommodate this request. You can set a reminder to book any future class as soon as the booking window opens by simply hitting the bell icon on the reservation list.
You may find yourself on a waiting list for a class or court time. When spots become available, everyone on the waitlist receives a notification at the same time. Bookings then happen on a first-come, first serve basis.
If you book a timeslot and decide not to play, kindly unbook yourself.
