July 4th Fitness Schedule
- Strength: 8-9:20AM Rock Solid w/Robert. A full body challenging workout.
- Cycling: 9-10:30AM Interval RIDE w/Christine. It’s all about hills and sprints.
- Dance: 9:30-10:50AM Be FREE to Dance w/Theresa. No boundaries, no rules just make your body move.
- Power Yoga: 10-11:30AM w/Stephanie. Prepare for the challenge, the body can do amazing things if the mind is willing.
- Cardio: 11-12:30AM Box & Rope w/Martin. Heart-pounding and intense, not your typical Saturday morning routine.
