Pilates Reformer Group Classes

Fitness 450 is the JCC’s version of Small-group Personal Training. A fun circuit-style, interval workout led by Certified Personal Trainers. Move, Train, Play!

You have access to 100s of workouts on the Technogym App. To find them, select the “Workout” tab at the bottom of your screen. Try them at the J or anywhere. Take a scroll through, and see what appeals to you.
Each has easy-to-follow instructional videos. Here are three we are loving right now.

Is your phone screen too small? You can access the same reservation system that’s on the Technogym App from your tablet, laptop, or desktop computer.

The booking window for all reservations opens 3 days prior at 2pm. The most efficient way to book is on the app. You may also ask our reception team to make the reservation for you, but we kindly ask that you do not ask our receptionists to book a session before the window opens. They will not be able to accommodate this request. You can set a reminder to book any future class as soon as the booking window opens by simply hitting the bell icon on the reservation list.
You may find yourself on a waiting list for a class or court time. When spots become available, everyone on the waitlist receives a notification at the same time. Bookings then happen on a first-come, first serve basis.
If you book a timeslot and decide not to play, kindly unbook yourself.
