Back by popular demand! Spend the early afternoon shopping in historic New Hope, PA and enjoy lunch on your own at one of the many dining options available. Then the group will reassemble at the Bucks County Playhouse for the inspiring Buddy Holly Story.

From his meteoric rise to fame in 1957 through his tragic death less than two years later, Buddy Holly influenced modern music like no other performer of his generation.

Visit the Torah Museum which features a collection of artifacts dating back to Biblical times. Some of the rare artifacts are hands on. Visit and tour a Sephardic Synagogue. Walk through the beautiful Sephardic neighborhood. Visit a Torah scribe and learn the special way a Torah scroll is written.

Our day begins on a docent tour of the Museum’s newest exhibit: OPERATION FINALE: THE CAPTURE & TRIAL OF ADOLF EICHMAN.

We will then feast on a delicious kosher box lunch before entering the theatre for a Yiddish/English performance of Amerike, The Golden Land, performed by the Folksbeinne theatre troupe.
