Our private studio is focused on the six principles of Pilates—centering, control, concentration, precision, breath and flow. This sets the Pilates method apart from other types of exercise.
In the studio, you can experience Pilates as it was intended, on the reformer, cadillac, barrel, and other pieces that use spring resistance as you go through the Pilates repertoire.
Each movement begins with activating your deep abdominal muscles to stabilize your body as you perform the exercises. This allows you to strengthen, align, and tone your entire body to create a lean physique.
This mindful movement also helps decrease pain, while improving posture, coordination, and balance.
