Campers spend time outside in the sunshine playing sports, climbing on the playground, splashing in the pool and mastering the ropes course. Indoors, campers exercise their bodies with daily activities such as yoga and sports and their minds with art, cooking, nature and stories. Seasoned counselors take the time to discover what’s unique and special about every child and specialize in creating a meaningful camp experience for their group.

JLand runs from June 29 - August 20th for ages 2 years–entering Pre-K.

CAMP WEEKLY THEMES—SUMMER 2026

Week 1

Happy Birthday America

Let’s kick off the summer together by celebrating America’s birthday, our new friendships & our beautiful country! Campers will enjoy our annual Red, White, & Blue Day lineup, play patriotic bingo, search for clues on the Stars and Stripes Scavenger Hunt and create amazing all-American crafts! We will cap off the week with a fun pool party; complete with pool props and a DJ! It’s sure to be a party at the J!

Week 2

Mad Scientist

Put on your lab coat and goggles to become a wacky scientist during this zany week of science fun. We will host our first ever Mega Slime event, make dry-ice ice cream and be mesmerized by an awesome and interactive Mad Science show.

Week 3

Chef it Up!

It’s time to activate those taste buds, throw on an apron and chef hat, and show us what you’ve got! Campers will participate in our special cookie competition, build edible bunks and enjoy an extra special Campfire Cooking S’mores Bar. They will learn new skills and cooking techniques, and of course, EAT their yummy creations!

Week 4

UNDER THE BIG TOP

We’ll all be clowning around during our circus/carnival week, one of the most exciting weeks of the summer. Campers will challenge themselves in carnival style games, enjoy delicious fun treats, bounce on the inflatables, and so much more! The week will also feature exciting shows which will be sure to wow the crowd.

Week 5

Game On

Time for campers to get their game face on as they participate in fun and exciting games and challenges. Water tag will cool everyone off, while gaga and cornhole tournaments will encourage teamwork. Our amazing game show will test campers’ knowledge and skills with silly trivia and tasks. AND maybe we will even break a camp record!

Week 6

GOING GREEN

Our campers will engage in a wide variety of fun “going green” themed activities, ranging from eco-friendly crafts, to cooking projects, to relay races. The campus will even “look” green with many surprises to share! The week will also include pony rides and a petting zoo.

Week 7

The “MAGIC” of Camp

And with the wave of our wands...POOF! You are all now “Magicians in Training”! Join us for a week full of wonder and amazement, with workshops and entertainment that will bring smiles to all campers’ faces. Remember, magicians never reveal their secrets!

Week 8

The Best of the Best

Our grand finale week of summer 2026 will have campers reminiscing and reliving some of their favorites from the past 8 weeks! The week will also feature our very popular (and very messy) Color Run! We will create memory boxes to remind us of all the special memories and fun that we shared that we shared with our counselors and friends.
