Here are the Top 10 ways to make the most of your experience

  1. Stay in-the-know , and sign-up for JCC Rockland weather alerts.
  2. Head to Perkville , our new rewards program. If you were a participating member of JCC Rewards you should have already received a welcome email from Perkville with instructions on setting up your password. You will see all your JCC Rewards have automatically transferred to Perkville, plus an additional 250 just to say thank you for your ongoing loyalty. You can also choose to get alerts every time to accrue points, pretty cool, huh?
  3. Check-in with your swipe card . Every time you swipe into the Fitness Center, you earn a rewards points! Check in 12+ times a month, and get even more points! Points translate to dollars that you can use toward personal training, Pilates, and many other programs. Pro tip: Take a photo of your bar code and save it on your phone. Use the image instead of the membership card for entry.
  4. Download the JCC Rockland App . This is great to have our group exercise schedule, hours, etc., right at your fingertips. You can also log and track your workouts – this is fantastic way to stick with your fitness routines.

  6. Get social . Follow JCC Rockland on Facebook and Instagram. See what happening, as it’s happening! Get MORE social by checking-in to JCC Rockland every time to workout, and use #myjccrock to share your fave classes, exercises, etc.
  7. Get a reboot . Whether you need to re-vamp your routine or get a refresher on the equipment, you are welcome to schedule a reboot session with one of our personal trainers. Email Lauren Saltus to schedule.
  8. Our Pilates Studio . Did you know we have a full-service Pilates studio inside the fitness center? Pilates is a type of exercise done on special equipment designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture.
