Junior Leadership Council

Junior Leadership Council

The Junior Leadership Council serves as an extension of our Teen Leadership Initiative, providing an opportunity for our teens to further develop their leadership capacity and skills.
Teens will work to refine their expertise by effectively planning and running philanthropic programs and events – providing a living laboratory for our teens to put their skills into practice.

The JLC meets 4-6 times a year, organizing events and service projects throughout Rockland County and the Tri-State Area.

Programs and Events include:

  • Traditional Mitzvah Projects
  • MLK Day of Service in partnership with JCC on the Hudson
  • Fitness4Good
  • Hod Hasharon – Events with our visiting delegation of Israeli teens

JLC is open to all local 11th & 12th graders, regardless of their participation in TLI or religious affiliation.
