Improve balance, coordination and the understanding of each set for health and well-being. This class is appropriate for practitioners with a fluent comprehension of Part 1 of the Yang Style Long Form. It is predominantly a form class, but martial applications, meditation and philosophy are explored as needed.
Students should expect to complete readings and take notes to assist in their study.
People of all ages and conditions can learn the purpose of Tai Chi movement.
