Learn the skills and fundamentals of flag football while playing with and against friends in this exciting league. Practices are one evening a week (until daylight savings time ends). Games are played on Sunday afternoons at the JCC and weekday evenings under the lights at Reisman Field. Includes NFL team flag football jersey and flags.
Grades K-2: 10 game season with no playoffs
Grades 3-9: 8 game season plus playoffs
