Advanced MELT Trainer Karel Littman will teach you how to undo the stuck stress and inflammation in your whole body. You will give yourself options for improving your flexibility, learn alternatives to pain medication and learn techniques that you can do at home. This workshop goes at a pace that is good for sensitive bodies, may be done seated and is open to all, including repeat students and those who don’t have arthritis or a sensitive body.
