Taught in the traditional method of Chinese Martial Arts, this Tai Chi class generates power through exercises that focus on flexibility, body alignment, relaxation and breathing.

It can be easily adapted for anyone, from the most fit to people confined to wheelchairs or recovering from surgery. It’s like meditation in motion. People of all ages and conditions can learn the purpose of Tai Chi movement.
