Active Mobility: For Hips and Quadriceps with Coach Sarah

This “hip and quadriceps” segment is designed to use active mobility stretches and improve body functionality in the lower back and hips. By stretching and focusing on increased range of motion, the body will function properly during your workout without overcompensating other parts of the body. Everyone from professional athletes to the everyday active adult can benefit from stretching exercises and maintain a healthy body.
