When I started the Commit to Fit Program I was at my heaviest weight. My blood pressure was high. I didn’t feel good about myself and knew I was unhealthy.

Once beginning the program I became more fit but continued to eat unhealthy foods. It was Kathy’s motivation that made me realize that I needed to improve my eating habits. The program had a session with the nutritionist and she was very informative. I’ve learned to eat better and to make good choices when it comes to food.

I’ve become much stronger and in the future I plan on trying new classes at the gym and still continue to make healthy choices.
