Get moving as you learn the fundamentals of hip hop through high-energy workouts that include stretches, isolation exercises and routines. All classes will be choreographed to today’s popular music.

Students will be introduced to the fundamentals of tennis through activities designed to build a solid foundation for long term athletic development.

Discover the fundamentals of rhythm and movement. Learn how your body moves while using every muscle in your body. This upbeat class allows strudents to grow at their own pace in a fun and structured environment while gaining body awareness.
Mom to Mom
Twice a month Sundays, 3:30pm

This mother’s support group meets twice per month and will be led by Nicole Hartung and Sara. Discussion centers on issues concerning motherhood and focuses on struggles and concerns. The group is open to mother’s dealing with postpartum depression or that experienced it in the past; and with children 6 months and older. This group is for mothers only so please arrange for a caregiver to watch your child.

Mommy and Baby Yoga

A fun way to reconnect with your body while enjoying time with your baby. Yoga is the perfect way to ease your baby into a lifelong appreciation for exercise while regaining the strength of your abdominal, pelvic floor muscles, developing inner and outer strength, endurance and well-being.

Friendship, cooperation and fun while learning Karate skills for our youngest students. Karate teaches balance, coordination, listening skills and respect. Classes for older children, teens and adults available too.

Introduce your child to a variety of sports. Sports may include flag football, basketball, t-ball, soccer, hockey and more. Fun and stimulating drills will teach children the fundamentals of each sport. Children will learn the importance of teamwork as they participate in game like situations.
Spend Sundays at the J for basketball fun and an introduction to the fundamentals of the game including dribbling, shooting and passing, through easy and fun drills. Parent involvement is required.
Love baseball? Spend Sunday mornings at the JCC learning the fundamentals of the game! Kids will learn how to hit, catch and throw! Running the bases is always a treat!
Spend Sundays at the J for soccer fun and an introduction to the fundamentals of the game through easy and fun drills. Fee includes t-shirt & medal.

JCC Spring Soccer is open to boys and girls who love to play soccer! No more clinics – this is a league! All kids will be assigned to a team and will receive a team t-shirt. Friends get to play together!
