Summer 2021 Aqua Group Fitness Classes
This summer we are offering 2 sessions of aqua classes. Each session lasts three weeks, and includes three classes a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm and Sundays at 8:30am.
- $118 – JCC Rockland Fitness & Wellness Member
- $140 – Public
Price includes unlimited classes for each session. Once you are registered for a session, you will be able to book your classes on our app. Sessions are non transferable, nonrefundable.
This class combines low impact cardio with strength exercises for a total body, no-impact workout.

Improve muscle elasticity and joint mobility with the healing properties of the water.
