Tara is an inspirational teacher who guides with creativity, passion and compassion. Yoga has helped Tara to heal emotionally, spiritually and physically in countless ways so she feels blessed to have the opportunity to share the healing gift of yoga and meditation with others. One of Tara’s greatest delights is found in sharing her love of yoga and meditation with a large variety of people. Tara has been teaching yoga since 1999. She has taught over 7,000 classes! Tara incorporates an eclectic mix of style in her classes weaving influences of different traditions and thoughtful inspirational messages into them. She invites her students to listen to, and honor their body in a loving way, challenging with gentleness, while being attuned to the breath.
