Wake up your body and begin the day invigorated. This Dynamic full body workout focuses on the 20/20/10 principle. 20 minutes of dynamic training to improve mobility and reduce muscle stiffness, 20 minutes of functional work to increase cardiovascular and muscle endurance and 10 minutes of balance and stretching.             
All levels welcome.
