A fun way to reconnect with your body while enjoying time with your baby. Yoga is the perfect way to ease your baby into a lifelong appreciation for exercise while regaining the strength of your abdominal, pelvic floor muscles, developing inner and outer strength, endurance and well-being.
Previous yoga experience is not necessary to fully benefit from the class but if you have previously practiced yoga you will find this class to be a great way to transition back to your pre-pregnancy practice.
