PERSONAL TRAINING OPTIONS

ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING

Personal trainers will customize a program that suits each individual’s personality, fitness goals and lifestyles. The customized program will be updated regularly, so boredom is never an issue… and the results will keep coming.

PARTNER TRAINING

Work out with a friend under the guidance of a Personal Trainer. Studies show that training with a partner provides motivation and maximizes results. Up your training regimen and accountability by training with a friend.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Enjoy the camaraderie, motivation, and accountability of working out with others while also getting the individual instruction from a Personal Trainer at a reasonable price. Use the latest and greatest training tools within the supportive setting of a small group (no more than eight). JCC Rockland offers many different types of Small Group Training to accommodate varying schedules and interests.
